Doug is the Managing Partner of spence associates an International training and coaching firm with a proven track record, in accelerated people development since 1993. Doug specialises in Applied Behavioural Psychology, and Business Relationship Management. And his services are sought after by major corporations around the world. He also advises Some of the biggest names in Sport, helping them optimise their key relationships and sponsorship obligations, this includes the elite in Soccer, Tennis, golf and Formula 1 racing.

Doug began his career in Finance with Rolls Royce, he then spent 12 years at Mars Inc. holding a series of European and International sales, service and general management positions. Doug is highly personable, has a down to earth pragmatic approach, and his passion for people development is both contagious and thought-provoking. He is a proud Scot who loves his job, but hates admin and airports!
